Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and strategies.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Creates and communicates mechanics' work schedule.
• Maintain and update equipment listings and records.
• Champion for Root Cause Analysis (RCA's).
• Prioritize needs, manage resources effectively.
• Create and schedule work using a CMMS, email, and other communications.
• Generate reports using CMMS and other data collection software.
• Follow up for answers in unresolved situations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes.
