Job summary

Crown Bakeries is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to organize and optimize maintenance activities, ensuring reliable equipment operation and minimal downtime. You will develop schedules, track records, coordinate resources, and ensure materials/tools are available for tasks, while collaborating with engineers and production teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment listings, generating CMMS reports, and championing RCA initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates and communicates mechanics' work schedule.
• Maintains and updates equipment listings and records.
• Coordinates resources and assigns tasks to minimize downtime.
• Develops and maintains maintenance plans using the CMMS and data tools.
• Generates reports from CMMS and data collection software.
• Supports RCA efforts and cross-functional collaboration.
