Job summary

The role requires basic math, hands-on mechanical skills, and ability to read P&IDs; familiarity with SAP CMMS; willingness to work on-call and overtime.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Technical discipline certificate or military training a plus.
• 3 years of relevant experience in a related process plant operations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical machinery.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs and PFDs.
• Understanding of chemical manufacturing hazards.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of LOTO/HWP processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, efficient operation of chemical production facility.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and reliability tasks.
• Follow CMMS SAP workflows and document activities.
• Set up and safely operate tools and equipment for tasks.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.
• Assist in shutdowns, startups, and production state changes.
• Perform calibration checks on process analyzers.
• Accept on-call duty and overtime as required.
