Job summary

Messer Americas is seeking a Maintenance Operations Tech I to support the safe, reliable operation of a chemical manufacturing facility in Texas. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, follow safety policies, and support instrument and mechanical duties to keep plant equipment running efficiently.

Ideal candidates have HS diploma/GED, 3+ years in process plant ops or maintenance, and familiarity with CMMS SAP.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required and 3+ years in process plant Ops or maintenance.
• Technical certificate in a discipline is a plus; military tech training also considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, reliable operation of chemical plant per regs.
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance; document findings.
