Job summary

Prysmian Group in Claremont, CA seeks an Equipment Reliability Manager to drive asset lifecycle improvements through data-driven analysis. You will lead technicians, manage reliability projects, and partner with Maintenance, Automation and Engineering to maximize uptime and safety.

This role requires a BS in Engineering and 5+ years of manufacturing/maintenance experience, with Lean/Six Sigma preferred. You will implement PM and PdM strategies and champion continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSME, BSEE or related field).
• At least five (5) years of manufacturing/engineering/maintenance experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of statistical tools.
• Excellent communication and collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Lean tools (6S, Kaizen, Operational Excellence).
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and problem-solving using RCA, FMEA, 5-Why.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Process Control Technicians to drive equipment reliability and improvements.
• Interview, hire, discipline, and develop subordinates per policy.
• Provide technical leadership for reliability improvements and initiatives.
• Lead reliability projects to improve uptime and effectiveness.
• Track production losses and maintenance costs to target failures.
• Develop PM and PdM strategies with predictive tools.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Automation, Engineering and Operations to solve issues.
• Support continuous improvement across the facility.
