The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and over 10 years of relevant experience, including expertise in Process Safety Management. Responsibilities include developing reliability strategies and leading the maintenance improvement team, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing and maintenance reliability programs.
• Experience in Process Safety Management (PSM) and Mechanical Integrity programs.
• Ability to develop strategies for future improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance execution and planning.
• Develop a site-level reliability strategy and improvement plans.
• Maintain a maintenance metric dashboard.
