Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Washington Works facility in Parkersburg, WV. The role oversees a Power & Services shift team delivering reliable utilities and services, emphasizing safety and regulatory compliance.

The supervisor will drive continuous improvement, coach staff, manage training, and ensure effective operations with SAP for maintenance scheduling and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage a large operations workforce in a high-hazard environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Power & Services Operations Shift Team(s) to ensure safe, reliable utility and service supply.
• Identify hazards and enforce safety policies to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Oversee maintenance scheduling and SAP usage for operations.
• Develop reports through coaching and performance reviews with the team.
• Drive continuous improvement and organizational health across the shift.
• Provide training and address gaps with targeted solutions.
