Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in industrial processes, people management and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Experience with maintenance planning and CMMS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities within preset norms.
• Draft and manage inspection and preventive maintenance plans to limit breakdowns.
• Lead and support fault analysis and maintenance projects to address recurring issues.
• Coordinate and track maintenance subcontractors and ensure CMMS compliance.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are followed in maintenance activities.
