Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities within pre-set quality and budget norms, ensuring continuous operations and keeping the CMMS and spare parts inventory up to date.

You will lead maintenance planning, preventative programs, breakdown analyses, and small engineering projects to reduce downtime and costs, while coordinating subcontractors and ensuring compliant maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in industrial processes and people management.
• Experience with maintenance planning, CMMS and CAPEX projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Draft and manage preventive maintenance and inspection plans.
• Lead troubleshooting and maintenance projects; reduce breakdowns.
• Coordinate maintenance subcontractors and CMMS logging.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
