Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking a Tooling Manager to lead all tooling operations in our plastic injection molding facility.

You will drive safe, reliable mold maintenance and performance while guiding a skilled team of mold technicians to improve tooling reliability and uptime. The role requires leadership experience, 5+ years in injection molding, and strong mechanical aptitude across electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading teams (preferred).
• 5+ years of injection molding experience (preferred).
• Strong mechanical knowledge across electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead tooling operations to ensure safe, reliable mold maintenance and performance.
• Oversee mold repair and maintenance activities; coordinate PM with production.
• Provide hands-on technical support and drive root-cause analysis for tooling issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to align tooling with plant goals.
