Job summary

PepsiCo's PBNA operation in Hawaii is seeking a Maintenance Leader for two production lines to oversee maintenance, drive reliability, and reduce losses. The role acts as the quarterback for maintenance programs and owns line performance with a focus on uptime and defect resolution.

You will lead planning, down-days, PM/AM effectiveness, and defect resolution, partnering with line teams and Reliability Execution to achieve best-in-class performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead peers and influence performance without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance performance for two production lines, focusing on reliability and uptime.
• Track and eliminate breakdowns, losses, and recurring defects.
• Lead maintenance planning, down-day and planned-stop execution.
• Ensure PM execution to support asset health and reliability.
• Coach and assess PM/AM standards and mitigation strategies.
• Share learnings with Reliability Execution Team to improve standards.
• Participate in Line DDS, Line Structure Team meetings, and shift huddles.
• Partner with Operations, Reliability, and Maintenance teams for aligned execution.
