Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Crystal Springs, MS, to lead a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role focuses on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement, driving equipment uptime and process excellence across the facility.

You will mentor maintenance professionals, implement preventive and predictive programs, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality and EHS to deliver high-quality power transformers and support

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of reliability principles and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and contractors.
Prioritize and coordinate daily maintenance activities to support production goals.
Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs across the facility.
Respond to equipment issues quickly and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
Analyze equipment failures and lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Utilize CMMS tools to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and asset history.
Champion safety programs, including LOTO, electrical safety, confined space, and hot work compliance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reliability, equipment performance, and operational efficiency through Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
