Job summary

Responsibilities

• Owns the Maintenance and Reliability department, including Skilled Trade professionals.
• Trains and develops staff.
• Manages the AM/PM schedule of plant capital equipment.
• Manages external service providers and contractor relationships.
• Oversees equipment installations and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
