Job summary

Fortune 500 Manufacturing Organization is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance and Reliability function for a 300+ employee plant. This role reports to the General Manager and oversees a department of 50+ staff including skilled trades, supervisors, and engineers.

Responsibilities include training, capital equipment scheduling, contractor management, and cross-functional collaboration across plant operations.

Qualifications

• Degree is required for consideration.
• 3–5 years of Plant Engineering or Maintenance Leadership experience.
• Experience in high speed/fast paced manufacturing environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and work cross functionally with others.

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads the Maintenance and Reliability department (Skilled Trade professionals, Supervisors, Engineers).
• Responsible for training and development of staff.
• Manages AM/PM schedule of all plant capital equipment.
• Oversees external service providers and contractor relationships.
• Manages equipment installations and related projects.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with other internal departments.
