Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Daytona Beach, FL to lead safe, reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems. You will develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime, improve productivity, and support aerospace manufacturing objectives.

The role oversees maintenance personnel, contractors, and capital projects, ensuring OSHA, EPA, Florida DEP, AS9100D, ISO 9001, ITAR compliance, and company safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Directly supervise maintenance personnel and outside contractors.
• Establish department goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adequate maintenance staffing to support production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for CNC machines, production equipment, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Monitor equipment performance and downtime trends to drive improvements.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring failures.
• Maintain equipment maintenance records, repair histories, and asset documentation.
• Coordinate equipment installations, relocations, upgrades, and decommissioning projects.
• Ensure proper maintenance of forklifts, company vehicles, generators, and support equipment.
• Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, lighting, and facility systems; manage janitorial and vendor services.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, Florida DEP, and other safety environmental regulations.
