Job summary

Mpowering People seeks a senior leader to direct maintenance, facilities and reliability in a high-volume automotive manufacturing facility in Tennessee. You will drive preventive and predictive strategies, troubleshoot complex failures and lead capital projects to maximise uptime and OEE.

Collaborating across Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain, you will manage budgets, oversee technicians, and push lean, cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automated systems.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance, PLCs, robotics and automation.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred (injection moulding, painting, plating, assembly).
• Experience with CMMS, capital projects and maintenance budgets advantageous.
