Qualifications

• Heavy manufacturing / industrial industry experience.
• 15+ years of progressive Maintenance, Reliability, or Operations leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmap for Maintenance & Reliability transformation.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to align reliability priorities with production, safety, and cost goals.
• Oversee the full asset lifecycle, including criticality analysis, risk assessment, and equipment strategy.
• Lead preventive/predictive maintenance programs and disciplined work management practices.
• Build reliability engineering and root cause analysis capability to eliminate recurring failures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance managers, engineers, planners, and technicians.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field

Master's degree or MBA
