Snack Innovations, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and equipment reliability at one of our three production facilities in Piscataway, NJ.

This hands-on leadership role requires building strong maintenance systems, developing a capable team, reducing downtime, and delivering measurable improvements in safety and efficiency. You will implement preventive and predictive maintenance, strengthen CMMS and spare parts programs, manage budgets and vendors, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a food or consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, CMMS, preventive maintenance, MRO, equipment reliability, and root-cause problem solving.
• Experience managing maintenance projects, equipment installations, budgets, vendors, and contractors.
• Working knowledge of GMPs and sanitary design principles.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with Production, Operations, Engineering, and plant leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance programs across production and facility equipment.
• Strengthen CMMS, MRO, and Operator Asset Care to improve reliability.
• Manage daily breakdowns, maintenance priorities, and response in a high-volume environment.
• Partner closely with Production to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure work is completed effectively and on time.
• Lead maintenance and engineering projects involving equipment installation, upgrades, modifications, and facility improvements.
• Provide practical technical solutions that improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors, technicians, and mechanics while building accountability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong safety practices and ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Manage contractors, vendors, maintenance budgets, critical spare parts, and MRO inventory.
