Job summary

Advics Manufacturing Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure availability and safe operation of production assets through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. You will lead Maintenance Technicians, supervise Maintenance Supervisors, and promote a structured root cause analysis approach to problem solving.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related with several years of related experience, strong PLC/CNC troubleshooting, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 4 years related experience; or Technical Associate’s degree and 8 years related experience.
• Strong PLC/CNC troubleshooting knowledge.
• Excellent root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes machine downtime issues, develops countermeasures and monitors results.
• Coordinates activities with Production, Engineering, Quality and Tool Room.
• Uses MTTR to measure and improve maintenance effectiveness.
• Tracks work orders and schedules to optimize resources.
• Monitors PM and PdM effectiveness.
• Provides ongoing technical support for production equipment.
• Oversees spare parts inventory and recommends critical parts.
• Develops budgets related to machine maintenance and department labor.
