Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Procurement Coordinator in Missouri to support maintenance, engineering and production by sourcing materials, managing POs, and resolving discrepancies.

You will use MVP, Jazz, Coupa, P4K, Excel, Power BI, and eBusiness platforms to enable timely, cost-effective purchasing decisions. Responsibilities include managing requisitions and orders, evaluating vendor quotations, and maintaining comprehensive purchasing records while coordinating

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
Three or more years of purchasing, procurement, MRO, maintenance, inventory, receiving, accounts payable, or related experience preferred.
Experience working with vendors and internal partners in a fast-paced operational or manufacturing environment.
Strong purchasing judgment, attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing operational needs.

Responsibilities

Create, review, and maintain purchase requisitions and purchase orders in MVP, Jazz, Coupa, and P4K in accordance with approval requirements.
Purchase stock and non-stock maintenance parts, production supplies, repair services, chemicals, lubricants, adhesives, and other materials.
Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations; identify alternate suppliers and hard-to-find items as needed.
Place orders, track delivery dates, and follow up on late or unshipped items.
Maintain accurate vendor, item, equipment, order, receipt, and documentation in systems and files.
Reconcile purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and discrepancies; resolve price, quantity, tax, and freight issues.
