Job summary

DFAMILK is seeking a Maintenance Procurement Coordinator to support maintenance, engineering, and MRO by sourcing materials, managing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies. You will use MVP, Jazz, Coupa, and P4K, along with Excel and Power BI, to drive timely, cost-effective purchasing decisions.

The role requires strong vendor communication, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Three or more years of purchasing, procurement, MRO, maintenance, inventory, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with vendors and internal partners in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• Strong purchasing judgment, attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain purchase requisitions and purchase orders in MVP, Jazz, Coupa, and P4K per approvals and procedures.
• Purchase stock and non-stock maintenance parts, production supplies, and services.
• Evaluate vendor quotations on price, quality, lead time, and terms; identify alternate suppliers when needed.
• Track delivery dates, follow up on late or backordered items, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records in vendor, item, equipment, and order systems.
