Job summary

DFamilk is seeking a Maintenance Procurement Coordinator in Missouri to support maintenance, engineering, and production by sourcing parts and services, managing POs from request to receipt, and ensuring accurate records.

You will use MVP, Jazz, Coupa, P4K, Excel, Power BI, and eBusiness tools to analyze purchasing data, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining strong supplier relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business, supply chain, procurement, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Three+ years of purchasing, procurement, MRO, maintenance, inventory, receiving, accounts payable, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with vendors and internal partners in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong purchasing judgment, attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain purchase requisitions and purchase orders in MVP, Jazz, Coupa, and P4K with proper approvals.
• Purchase stock and non-stock maintenance parts, production supplies, repair services, chemicals, lubricants, adhesives.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations; identify alternate suppliers when needed.
• Place orders, track delivery dates, and follow up on late or unshipped items.
• Maintain accurate vendor, item, and order documentation; reconcile discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate returns, repairs, warranties, credits, and freight claims.
• Generate and monitor reports on open POs, past-due orders, and supplier performance.
• Use Excel and Power BI to analyze purchasing and supplier data.
