Job summary

Jasper Products, LLC seeks a Maintenance Procurement Coordinator to support maintenance, engineering, production, and MRO by sourcing materials, managing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies. You will utilize MVP, Jazz, Coupa, and P4K with strong Excel and Power BI skills to drive timely, cost-effective purchasing decisions.

The role emphasizes accuracy in records, vendor communications, and collaboration across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MVP, Jazz, Coupa, and P4K for purchasing, approvals, order management, receiving, or reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data cleanup and report preparation.
• Experience with Power BI: importing data, building reports and supplier visuals.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain purchase requisitions and orders in MVP, Jazz, Coupa, and P4K per approvals.
• Purchase stock and non-stock maintenance parts, services, and materials.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes; identify alternate suppliers when needed.
• Place orders, track deliveries, and follow up on late or backordered items.
• Maintain accurate vendor, item, order, and delivery documentation in systems.
