Job summary

Dairy Challenge is seeking a Maintenance Procurement Coordinator to support maintenance, engineering, production, and MRO operations. You will source materials, manage POs, and resolve discrepancies using MVP, Jazz, Coupa, and P4K, Excel, and Power BI to support timely, cost-effective decisions.

Ideal candidates have strong purchasing judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Three or more years in purchasing, procurement, MRO, or related roles.
• Experience with vendors and internal business partners in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain purchase requisitions and orders in MVP, Jazz, Coupa, and P4K.
• Purchase stock and non-stock maintenance parts, supplies, and services.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations considering price, lead time, and terms.
• Place orders, track deliveries, and follow up on late or backordered items.
• Maintain accurate supplier and order documentation; reconcile discrepancies.
