You will oversee crews and subcontractors, train staff, monitor performance, and develop long-term client relationships to ensure renewals and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Project Manager directing landscape or maintenance crews.
• Strong knowledge of local plant materials and horticultural practices.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic software tools.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance operations and oversee crews on site.
• Manage operating budget and monitor expenses to improve profitability.
• Develop and coordinate plans for efficient use of personnel and resources.
• Schedule landscape maintenance crews and conduct site inspections.
• Coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors across job sites.
• Lead, train and develop employees; promote safety standards.
