Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a Landscape Maintenance Crew while managing contracts on time and on budget.
• Develop/maintain professional relationships with property owners and account managers.
• Maintain safety standards on the job site and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Director to schedule materials and equipment.
• Train crew members and conduct coaching, reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain daily records for each job and implement contract requirements.
