Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in professional landscaping or related outdoor labor preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and power tools safely and effectively.
• Reliable and punctual with a 7:00 AM start time.

Responsibilities

• Daily grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal for commercial and residential properties.
• Maintain landscape features such as trees, shrubs, mulch, and seasonal color arrangements.
• Operate a variety of landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support winter snow and ice management during the off-season.
• Collaborate with team members and on-site management to fulfill service requests.
