The role focuses on driving project success through daily communication with Foremen, safety adherence, and building strong relationships to support crews.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in hardscaping and landscaping operations.
• Proven management and leadership background overseeing multiple crews.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time, priority, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work long hours, Saturdays, and 24/7 snow/ice management events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and oversee daily operations for up to three crews.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and tools for projects.
• Communicate daily project goals to Foremen while ensuring safety compliance.
• Support crew members by building trust and administering annual performance reviews.
• Direct snow and ice management operations during winter season.
