Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance operations and manage the budget and expenses.
• Develop and coordinate plans for efficient use of personnel and resources.
• Schedule crews and conduct site inspections to ensure company standards.
• Coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors on job sites.
• Develop long-term client relationships and resolve issues promptly.
