Job summary

SC Johnson seeks a Maintenance Project Manager to provide leadership for the maintenance organization and serve as the liaison between engineering and maintenance. The role requires coordination with cross-functional teams to drive results and implement improvements.

Responsibilities include problem solving, root cause investigation, and eliminating process variation across technologies and production lines, ensuring safe and efficient maintenance execution.

Qualifications

• Must have a Technical College certification in a related field (engineering and/or maintenance) or Journeyman experience.
• Computer skills including MS Office and SAP are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership to the maintenance organization.
• Liaise between engineering and maintenance and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
