Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical college certification or Journeyman; 7+ years experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficient with SAP and MS Office applications for maintenance planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Support new product and equipment launches, cost savings initiatives and strategic projects.
• Identify safety requirements; validate time/manpower estimates; audit task completion.
• Maintain documentation and prioritize maintenance activities within SAP; ensure line support coverage.
• Lead process improvement and problem-solving activities for WCS and production teams; apply DMAIC where appropriate.
• Mentor technicians and enable department coverage during coverage situations.
