SC Johnson & Son, Inc. is seeking a maintenance project leader to coordinate engineering and maintenance activities on the Wisconsin site. You will drive reliability improvements, manage projects, and ensure safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong SAP and MS Office skills, experience with maintenance planning, and the ability to mentor technicians. This full-time, first-shift position offers growth and collaborative teamwork across functions.

Formación

• Technical College certification in a related field of engineering and/or Journeyman status with at least 7 years of related experience.
• Computer skills including MS Office and SAP are required.

Responsabilidades

• Support new product and equipment launches, cost savings initiatives, and strategic projects.
• Identify safety requirements, validate time/manpower estimates, audit task completion, and review Preventative Maintenance plans.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft applications (Excel, Project Manager) to support maintenance processes.
• Maintain documentation and SAP-based planning with internal customers and planners.
• Lead process improvement and DMAIC projects for maintenance and production teams.
• Mentor technicians and enable department coverage.
• Perform equipment maintenance activities to support project implementation.
