Reporting To

Maintenance Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Lead and execute mold changing, mixing, or casting processes.
2. Execute controls and troubleshooting for procedures.
3. Define daily verification standards for mold, machine, or mixing conditions.
4. Perform level 1 preventative maintenance on molds or machines as needed.
5. Collaborate with Builders and Machine Operators, providing feedback and education to prevent recurrent issues.
6. Propose and implement improvement projects related to mold management, control, and enhancement.
7. Troubleshoot issues with presses and mixing machines during production; resolve or escalate as necessary.
8. Ensure machine conditions meet standards (cleanliness, spill management, proper placement of plastics and cardboard).
9. Support technology projects (CAPEX) and kaizen initiatives in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialization, Quality, HSE, etc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanic Technician with over 2 years of experience in industrial equipment repair.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and control systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Analytical, organized, with good planning skills.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Legal work authorization for employment in the US.
