Key Responsibilities

• Assembly: Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and other devices according to detailed specifications using tools like soldering irons, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
• Testing: Perform functional tests to ensure the electronics meet quality standards. This includes setting up test equipment, running diagnostic tests, and interpreting results.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair defects in electronic assemblies. This might involve rework, repair, or adjustment of electronic components to meet design specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards. Document and log any discrepancies or issues for further analysis or improvement.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on manufacturing tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, tests performed, repairs made, and any deviations from standard procedures.
