Reporting Line

This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and execute mold changing, mixing, or casting processes.
• Perform control and troubleshooting procedures.
• Define daily verification standards for mold, machine, or mixing conditions.
• Perform level 1 preventative maintenance on molds or machines as needed.
• Collaborate with Builders and Machine Operators, providing feedback and training to prevent recurrent issues.
• Propose and develop improvement projects related to mold management, control, and enhancement.
• Troubleshoot issues during production, fix them or engage the Maintenance team.
• Maintain machine conditions according to standards (cleanliness, spill management, proper placement of plastics and cardboard).
• Support the implementation of technology projects and kaizen improvements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanic Technician with over 2 years' experience in industrial equipment repair.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and control systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Effective communication skills for teamwork.
• Must have valid work authorization to work in the US for ABB.
