Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of Burger King restaurants through preventative maintenance and timely repairs. The role reports to the District Manager and focuses on ensuring restaurant operations run smoothly with minimal downtime.

Ideal candidates will have general electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical knowledge, along with a High School Diploma and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and communicate with management and coworkers.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, adapt to changing assignments, and stay productive under pressure.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Valid Driver's License and independent transportation are required.
• Food Service Equipment Repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
