Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of multiple Burger King restaurants. The role reports to the District Manager and focuses on preventative maintenance and timely repairs to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate will have electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical knowledge, with experience in food service equipment repair and HVAC certification as a plus.

Qualifications

• General electrical, plumbing and carpentry knowledge required.
• General mechanical knowledge required.
• Food Service Equipment Repair experience is a plus.
• Certification in HVAC repair is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Independent reliable transportation required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
