Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain Burger King restaurant equipment and systems. This role reports to the District Manager and focuses on preventative maintenance and timely repairs across assigned restaurants in the network.

The candidate should possess electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical know-how, with HVAC repair certification considered a plus. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills

Qualifications

• General electrical, plumbing, carpentry knowledge necessary.
• General mechanical knowledge required.
• Food service equipment repair experience is a plus.
• HVAC repair certification is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Independent reliable transportation required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
