On-call and weekend hours may be required. The ideal candidate can read basic mechanical and electrical concepts, maintain safety standards, and work independently with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of plumbing.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record and proof of insurance is required.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of pool upkeep.
• Good interpersonal skills and a great attitude.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the daily operations of the property.
• Cleanliness of the grounds, pool, leasing office, parking lots/structures, and common community areas.
• Work Order response.
• The Turn and Make Ready process.
• Adhering to company policy, state and federal safety and fair housing laws.
• Hands on repair and upkeep.
• Report any safety or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
