Rentyl Apartments in Florida is seeking a reliable Punch Tech / Porter to join our maintenance team. This hybrid role supports daily groundskeeping and the make-ready process to ensure vacated units are rent-ready on schedule.

Responsibilities include completing service requests, turning units within three days when possible, keeping common areas clean, safe, and visually appealing, and assisting with minor repairs and resident interactions. Weekend/evening availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bring vacated units to rent-ready condition in a timely manner.
• Complete service requests accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate with Service Manager to meet three-day turn targets.
• Maintain cleanliness of leasing offices, models, clubhouses, hallways, and common areas.
• Assist with minor repairs and safety compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with residents.
