Job summary

RPM Development Group is seeking an experienced porter for properties located in Trenton, NJ. The position involves cleaning grounds, offices, exteriors, and common areas, and assisting with the unit make-ready program to meet company standards.

Responsibilities include removing trash daily, maintaining landscaping, and ensuring properties are inspection-ready for Agency, State, and REAC. Excellent benefits and potential on-site housing may be available.

Qualifications

• High cleanliness of assigned property.
• Able to work efficiently without constant supervision.
• Able to operate cleaning and snow-removal equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, amenities, offices, building exteriors and common areas, parking lots and other community buildings in a professional manner and inspect for problems and solve them immediately.
• Remove trash and recycling daily from the building and transport to outside dumpster areas.
• Maintain exterior landscape and water flowers regularly; ensure no weeds in beds.
• Assist with the unit make-ready program to company standards.
• Ensure the property is prepared for inspections (Agency, State and REAC) at all times.
