Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of leasing office and common areas.
• Ensure grounds and buildings are attractive and neat.
• Prepare vacant apartments for rent in a timely manner.
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests and maintain customer service.
