Job summary

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Porter/Groundskeeper for a 321-unit residential property in Camden, NJ. You will maintain interior and exterior spaces to improve curb appeal and cleanliness, working with a team of professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, landscaping, general labor, and groundskeeping.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning: daily cleaning of all common areas including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Reporting: escalate notable concerns such as vandalism, lighting, or safety equipment to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Trash removal: daily removal of litter and debris from interior and assist with exterior grounds maintenance.
