Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in the daily operations of the property.
• Maintain cleanliness of the grounds, pool, leasing office, parking areas.

• Hands-on repair and upkeep.
• Report safety or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
