Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is hiring a shuttle driver/attendant at our Des Moines facility. This position requires a valid CDL with a passenger endorsement and a DOT medical card, and includes maintaining the facility and shuttle buses, assisting customers, and performing cashier duties as needed.

You may work various shifts, including potential 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends. Competitive hourly pay plus tips is offered with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement as required.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate) required.
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends as needed.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Good judgment and professionalism.
• English language literacy.

Responsibilities

• Move shuttle buses for fueling, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Perform facility and shuttle bus cleaning and upkeep per checklists.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear uniform.
• Cover cashier duties as needed.
• Report safety hazards to facility manager.
