Job summary

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the facility clean and safe.
Walk the garage daily to identify and fix maintenance issues.
Sweep entrances, exits, and stairwells; maintain cleanliness of rails, offices and restrooms.
Paint surfaces as directed to keep facilities neat.
Replace bulbs and manage basic repairs; report more complex issues.
Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and repair requests.
Operate basic cleaning and outdoor equipment as needed.
Assist customers and resolve complaints with supervisor support.
