Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a maintenance professional to keep property units clean, safe, and well-maintained. The role includes preparing vacant units, cleaning common areas daily, and managing supplies and equipment with a focus on professional presentation.

Responsibilities also cover responding to resident and management requests, adhering to OSHA standards, and performing additional duties as assigned to support property operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and basic numbers. Ability to speak simple sentences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and maintain a professional appearance.
• Clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities and other common areas daily.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Provide courteous, efficient response to resident and management requests; report unusual circumstances.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
