Job summary

SP+ in Denver is seeking a Maintenance/Facility Attendant to perform maintenance, cleaning, and basic customer interface duties across the garage and facilities. You will follow checklists, assist with safety checks, and ensure a neat, safe environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for 3rd shift/weekends. Prior maintenance or painting experience is a plus. Candidates must read and communicate in English and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• License: Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Availability: Shift requirements may vary; 3rd shift/weekends possible.
• Communication: Ability to read, write and interpret English clearly.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to remove dirt, dust, litter and debris.
• Walk garage daily to note and correct maintenance problems.
• Paint, replace bulbs, and manage oil spills as directed.
• Report safety hazards or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist customers within the facility and handle basic cashier/attendant duties as needed.
