Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and Vermont Journey Plumbing license required.
• Backflow Prevention Device Inspector Certification or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Vermont Natural Gas Installer Certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience using computers and mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of skilled plumbing functions including repair, installation and preventative maintenance of plumbing equipment and systems.
• Access information utilizing computers; promote a safety-focused workplace.
• Operate a University vehicle to transport materials, tools, and equipment; may be required to use an aerial lift.
• Engage in learning and practicing principles of social justice, inclusion, environmental sustainability and delivering great customer service.
