Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma with related vocational courses or one year of experience including knowledge of condensate, steam, and or heating systems.
• Experience using computers and mobile technology required.
• A valid driver’s license or ability to obtain and drivers check required.
• Initial employment contingent upon successful completion of background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs of condensate, steam, and heating systems.
• Assist with installing new equipment and providing emergency services when needed.
• Assist with documentation and document maintenance of EPA required information for specified equipment.
• Access information utilizing appropriate software.
• Promote safety practices in the shop and in the field.
• Operate a university vehicle to transport tools, materials and equipment.
